Festival Volunteer Opportunities

Hello PIPS Volunteers!

Thanks to all the volunteers who helped out with our 2018 Pelican Island Wildlife Festival!  We can always use more help and are already planning our next festival on March 9, 2019.  It is not too early to let us know that you would like to be involved in next year's 116th anniversary celebration of Pelican Island.  Our free, public event starts at 10 am and ends at 4 pm.  However, we will need some volunteers to arrive early and help with set-up.  If you work for at least 6 hours, you will be given free lunch tickets.  Thank you in advance for your volunteer efforts.  We look forward to seeing you at the festival!

Please download, fill out and submit our volunteer form.

Below you will find pertinent volunteering information:

Please do not wear a US Fish and Wildlife volunteer t-shirt that you may have worn in the past.
Upon arrival, please sign in and pick up a volunteer vest, to be returned at the end of your shift.
