Join PICS at the Tiki Bar & Grill for a meet-and-greet with Teddy Roosevelt to kick off a weekend of celebration for the 123rd anniversary of the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge! There is no admission fee and no reservations required - just stop by for drink and a bite to eat, and meet President Roosevelt. He is a most jovial character, even at the age of 167!
