Celebrate the 123rd Anniversary of the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge with PICS and other local historical and environmental organizations. President Theodore Roosevelt will be on hand to meet and greet everyone with stories of how he established Pelican Island as our nation’s first National Wildlife Refuge.
